This is a free Association Course
Please note that all 1st Kyu examination must be taken on a B&B Course. Kyu grade examinees (1st Kyu only) must also bring their current/past grading record sheet.
All examinees must have a gumshield, white elasticated mitts and groin guard (men.) It is recommended that ladies wear a chest guard for the Ju Kumite section of the examination.
