Sensei Sean Jones 2nd Dan

I started training in October 1990 with the KUGB. My first kyu gradings

were under sensei Nick Adamou 10th dan, who was a senior student under

Sensei Hirokazu Kanasawa.

I took my first dan in September 2004 under Sensei John Ross 5th dan and

Sensei Val Patterson 5th dan.

My Second dan was in December 2019 under Sensei Slater Williams 7th dan

and Sensei Paul Barron 6th dan

I have done courses with: Keinosuke Enoeda 9th dan, Frank Brennan 8th

Dan, Aidan Trimble 8th dan,  Dirk Heene 8th Dan, Velibor Dimitrijevic

8th dan, Sensei Dave Hazard 7th dan, Ronnie Christopher 6th dan.

Outside of shotokan I have trained with Glyn Jones 7th dan, of Ryusyokai

Goju Ryu. Senaha Shigetoshi 9th dan of Ryusyokai Okinawa. Calvin Collins

6th  dan Sankukai. Ryozo Tsukada 9th dan Sankukai
